Refund Policy

Sheba Roastery does it's best to ensure every customer is not only satisfied, but elated with the product. Please also keep in mind that shipments are made no later than 7 days from the time of order to ensure your beans are fresh upon arrival as they are roasted no more than 48 hours before.

However if you are unhappy with the product due to an error on our part, please reach out to info@shebaroastery.com and we will work with you for the best possible outcome.
